We are thrilled to be welcoming Berro Kitchen to The Tent at The Greyhound on the Test for an outdoor eating extravaganza. This unique evening will start with a welcome ‘Spicy’ Margarita alongside the River Test, before settling down for a sumptuous 6 course open-fire banquet cooked by the team at Berro Kitchen.

Berro Kitchen and co-owner Chris ‘Chops’ Taylor specialises in fire-cooking, whipping up gourmet dishes packed with flavor in natural ways. These mouthwatering recipes are shared in the cookbooks he has helped author, Fire Feasts and Backyard Baking. Chris has recently appeared on TV, sharing his culinary magic on Marcus Wareing’s Tales from a Kitchen Garden.
